Privacy:
- BCT respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information it collects.
- BCT will collect your personal information and any other information you may volunteer (such as your experience or involvement with breast cancer) so that we can administer and conduct the Event and keep you informed about BCT, its fundraising activities and the important research you are supporting.
- More information about the management of personal information, including storage and use, access and correction, and removal is included in our Privacy Policy.
General:
The Pink Bloom Party (the ‘Event’) is an initiative of ANZ Breast Cancer Trials Group Ltd trading as Breast Cancer Trials (‘BCT’) to raise funding in support of its national breast cancer clinical trials research program.
The Event can be held during the Event timeframe of 1st October 2025 to 31st October 2025, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. However, hosts can begin fundraising and promoting their Event as soon as they have registered. Fundraising pages will close on 30 November 2025.
By registering for the Event, the participant or the parent/guardian of a participant under 18 years, acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The decision to register in the Event is entirely your own, and you accept full responsibility for any consequence of your participation in the Event for yourself and/or your guests.
- Any content you post to your fundraising page on the Event website (e.g. photos and text) is your responsibility, and you must have the necessary rights to post that content (including the consent of any individuals featured). BCT reserves the right to remove any content it deems inappropriate or in breach of these terms.
- You acknowledge that BCT reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Fundraising:
- You acknowledge that by registering for the Event, you pledge to raise funds for BCT to support research for the treatment, prevention and cure of breast cancer.
- All fundraising conducted for this Event comes under BCT’s authority to fundraise in the respective State or Territory in Australia where you reside, and you agree to be bound by the relevant state and national fundraising legislation and abide by BCT’s Fundraising Activity Guidelines.
- BCT is a registered tax-exempt charity with DGR (Deductible Gift Recipient) status issued by the Australian Taxation Office. All eligible donations over $2 are tax deductible in Australia. Tax deductible receipts will be issued via the Event website.
- BCT can refund a donation made in error. If you wish to request a refund, please contact BCT via pinkbloomparty@bctrials.org.au.
Prizes and Rewards:
- You must be registered to host a 2025 Pink Bloom Party to be eligible for any prizes or rewards.
- Teams are not eligible for any prizes or rewards and any criteria for winning prizes or awards will be based on the individual's achievements on their own fundraising page.
- Prizes and rewards will either be distributed by BCT or the corporate sponsor who provided the prize.
- Prizes and rewards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any other products.
- Winners will be notified and have 72 hours from the time and date of the notification to respond and claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this time frame, the prize will be redrawn and any previous winners will forgo claims to the prize.

- Hosts must collect 7 Pink Bloom Party achievement badges before 30 November 2025 to be eligible for this prize.
- The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 8 December 2025.
- The prize will be dispatched to the winner before 15 December 2025.
Coles $50 voucher
- The first 50 people to register for the Pink Bloom Party 2025 and receive a donation on their fundraising page will receive a $50 Coles Voucher.
- Winners will be notified on a weekly basis during the campaign via phone and/or email.
- Vouchers will be distributed to winners within two weeks of being notified.
- Only one voucher can be awarded per eligible host.
Pink Petal Pack
- The first 150 fundraisers who raise $1,000 or more before 30 November 2025 will receive a special Pink Petal Pack as a thank you for their incredible support.
- This reward will be distributed within 30 days after fundraising closes on 30 November.
- Only one Pink Petal Pack will be awarded per eligible host.
$100 Harvey Norman Voucher
- Hosts must make a self-donation to their Pink Bloom Party 2025 fundraising page before 30 November 2025 to be eligible for this prize.
- The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 8 December 2025.
- The prize will be dispatched to the winner before 15 December 2025.
