About the event
What is a Pink Bloom Party?
A Pink Bloom Party is a community fundraising event held during Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October), where people gather with friends, family, colleagues or their community to raise funds for life-saving breast cancer research.
It's called a Pink Bloom Party because it celebrates hope, growth and life - symbolised by blooming flowers and the colour pink, which represents breast cancer awareness.
You can host anywhere - at home, in a garden, at work, in a community space or online. And you can host your way: a morning tea, picnic, dinner party or any kind of social gathering - wherever and however you bloom best!
We can't wait to see how you bloom this October.
Do I have to hold my event on a certain date?
We understand that sometimes plans change, so if you need to postpone your Pink Bloom Party and can't hold it in October, let us know at pinkbloomparty@bctrials.org.au. Your Fundraising Garden will stay open until 30 November 2026.
