My personal Journey
Thursday 4th Sep So not many know at at all but 5 Weeks ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer.I found a lump and after a friend posting her story urged me to see my GP. From seeing him 3 days later it was confirmed. I have Breast Cancer.
September 2 I had my first chemotherapy with months to go before surgery.
It’s not easy sharing but because of a friend sharing her last 12 month journey I feel I need to share mine early so I could be of some help to another woman.

There’s still so much knowledge to learn about this and there’s also the cost of having the cancer. Medications, tests, and list goes on.
I apologise for those finding out this way but it felt right to do something and say something.
This is a flow on effect to those around me and we all need to support each other.
